摘要
讨论炉料、化学成分、蠕化剂质量、处理后包内保留时间和温度对蠕墨铸铁蠕化率的影响。介绍如何控制、检测蠕化率,并对如何防止蠕化衰退提出建议。实践表明,蠕化率可以稳定在55%￣85%的范围内。
The influences of furnace charges, chemical composition, quality of vermicularizing alloy, holding duration after vermicularizing treatment and tapping temperature on percentage of vermicular graphite were discussed. How to control and check percentage of vermicular graphite was descrihed, and some suggestions to prevent vermicularizing effect degeneration were offered. Practice has showed that the v.g. percentage could be kept in the range of 55%-85%.
