摘要
介绍了湿型砂性能和铸造缺陷之间的关系,分析了型砂性能对铸件质量的影响,以实例说明型砂综合性能分析。提出了加强型砂性能控制的有效办法,避免因型砂性能波动过大给工厂生产经营带来巨大损失。
The relationship between green sand and quality of casting was described, and the influence of moulding sand on castings quality was analyzed. The comprehensive properties analysis of moulding sand was showed with practical examples, and some effective measures to intensify sand properties control was proposed in order to prevent works from economic loss caused by severe fluctuation of sand properties.
