加用自拟冠心通汤治疗不稳定性心绞痛疗效观察

Curative Observation on Extra Treatment for Unstable Angina Pectoriswith Self-made GuanXinTong Decoction

目的:观察加用自拟冠心通汤治疗不稳定性心绞痛(UA)的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的86例患者分为治疗组45例和对照组41例,对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用自拟冠心通汤。结果:治疗组心绞痛、心电图及血脂疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原值均低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组中医证型疗效比较,治疗组治疗气虚血瘀型、阳虚血瘀型的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加用冠心通汤治疗UA有较好疗效。

Objective： To observe the curative effects of extra treatment for unstable angina pectoris with self-made GuanXinTong Decoction. Methods： In accordance with the diagnostic criteria, 86 patients were divided into the treatment group with 45 cases and the control group with 41 cases. The Western routine treatment was given to the both groups while the treatment group was treated with GuanXinTong Decoction additionally. Results： In the treatment group, the curative effects on angina, ECG and blood fat were better when compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05） while the whole blood viscosity and fibrous proteinogen were less（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01） . Moreover, better curative effects were achieved in the TCM patterns of blood stasis due to qi deficiency and blood stasis due to yang deficiency in the treatment group（P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion： Better curative effects can be achieved by extra treatment for unstable angina pectoris with self- made GuanXinTong Decoction.
