摘要
这里针对施加初始预紧力时超高压密封容器有限元整体接触计算不收敛的情况,给出一种近似的计算思路—隔离体法。运用此方法,建立了该容器密封接触计算的等效隔离体模型,并运用有限元软件对该模型进行了计算,同时利用密封线比压判断准则对计算结果进行等效判断。经工程试验验证,计算结果合理,表明该近似方法的有效性。
Aiming at no convergence of the finite element whole contact calculation of the super - high pressure sealed container after it is given to tight strength, the paper proposes a kind of approximate calculation thinking which is called isolation - unit method of the finite element contact. It sets up a kind of equivalent isolation - unit model of the contact calculation of the container by using the thinking. The result of finite element calculation of the model is judged with the criterion of line specific pressure judging and it is proved to be reasonable by the test. The fact basically demonstrates the validity of the method.
