摘要
这里简要介绍了MEMS技术的概念、研究的主要领域和目前的应用领域,重点介绍了MEMS加工技术及其分类,最后给出了该技术的展望。
This paper presents conception of MEMS （Micro Electro Mechanical System） and fields of investigation. It also gives the main application field of MEMS. It emphatic discussed machining technology of MEMS and kinds of process. Furthermore, some points of view of developing on MEMS are put forward.
