连续型自动化柔性生产系统的信息集成技术研究

Research on information integration technology of an automated consecutive flexible manufacturing system

企业生产流程中管理与控制信息的集成,是实现企业管理控制一体化和柔性自动化的基础。这里通过对典型的新产品研发柔性自动化系统的信息管理特点分析,建立了一种基于C/S结构的信息集成系统体系结构及其功能模型,提出了一种基于PC和现场总线的开放式控制系统,建立了控制系统分层式体系结构,使其与信息管理系统实现了无缝接口。并结合典型工程开发,讨论了该技术与系统的实现问题。

The integration of management and control information in producing process is the basis of realizing the integration of management and control of the enterprise. Based on the analysis of the information management characters of a typical automated consecutive flexible manufacturing system for new product research, the overall structure and function description of the information integration system based on C/S structure, an open control system based on PC and Fieldbus, and the hierarchical architecture of the control system is introduced. The no -seam connection between the information and the control system is realized. The system realization is discussed according to the development of a typical project.
