摘要
提高大功率船舶柴油机的生产能力和水平,对提高我国造船行业的国际竞争力有着重要的意义。这里首先介绍了大规模动态作业车间调度的特点、阐述了运用分层网络构造生产计划模型,并结合混合算法设计了大规模动态调度系统(HD-SFC)框架,然后对该系统的关键技术进行讨论,最后运用该系统对某大型船厂的柴油机加工车间进行建模仿真,结果表明该系统适合船舶柴油机的生产调度,并能产生较好的调度效果。
Improving production capability and level of high - power diesel engines can help to boost our country' s shipbuilding industry. It' s very important for the shipbuilding enterprise to participate in international competition too. Aimed at the large - scale dynamic job - shop scheduling problem, a common design frame of scheduling system for diesel engine is proposed. Some key technologies are discussed, such as system initialization, scheduling by hand, etc. In the end of the paper, we apply the developed system to schedule a real production system, the result shows the good performance.
