日照市库藏冷冻海产品卫生质量调查

摘要 对日照市514份库藏冷冻海产品的卫生质量调查分析,其合格率为94.55%,不合格率仅占4.45%,不合格的原因主要是加工海产品的从业人员卫生知识差,在海产品的贮存、运输、加工过程中造成污染,提示海产品从捕捞至销售过程中应加强保鲜措施,确保海产品的卫生质量。 By research and analysis of 514 portions of refrigerated sea products in Rizhao city,it was found that the rate of qualified products merely was 94 55%,that of the unqualified was 5 45%.The main reason of the unqualified was working people lacked of hygenic knowledges.The sea products were polluted in the course of being reserved,transported and processed.It was suggesed that the preservation measares of sea products should be improved.
