万县市市级医院消毒现况调查

INVESTIGATION ON THE DISINFECTION STATUS OF THE MUNICIPAL HOSPITALS IN WANXIAN CITY.

对３所医院消毒现况检测结果表明，紫外线灯强度合格率为５．１２％；正在使用的消毒液与压力蒸气灭菌合格率１００％；各类房间空气细菌超标率达３１．０３％，最高含菌量为４２３０个／ｍ３；医护人员手及各类物体表面染菌量低于允许标准者的合格率为７６．６０％，床头柜和诊断桌污染最为严重。

Investigation on the disinfection status was carrid out in three municipal hospitals of Wanxian Municipality.Conicidence rete of ultraviolet light strengh was 5 12%.Coincidence rate of the sterilization potency of the disinfectant solution and the pressure steam sterilizer was 100%.Rate of air becterial contamination beyond permisible limlt in all kinds of room was 31 03%,and the maximal number of bacteria was 4230 cfu/m 3.Conineidence rate of the bacterial contamination of the hands of working staff and the surface of various kinds of instruments lower than the promissible limit was 76 40%,the seriously contaminated matters were the diagnostic desks and the bed head cabinets.
