项目精益价值管理及价值流分析方法研究

本文提出了项目全寿命期精益价值的概念,分析了其特点和构成要素,指出了实现项目精益价值管理的流程及价值流优化的主要措施。为保证项目价值流传递过程的无缝流动,针对价值流优化过程中各活动重新分解、集成和排序的问题,提出了一种基于设计结构矩阵(DSM)法进行价值流优化的新模式。最后,将精益价值管理方法用于航天某新型装置研发项目中,缩短项目周期约90%、降低成本30%左右。

The concept of project life -cycle lean value （LCLV） is proposed and its characteristic and elements is analyzed. The management procedure for lean value and main management measurements are presented. In order to achieving the seamless information flow and solving the decomposition and integration problems, a new kind of DSM - based model for value stream optimization is proposed. Finally, the lean value management method is applied into the R＆D project of some new aerospace machine, the development cycle is shortened by 90% and cost is decreased by 30%.
