全国社区卫生服务现状调查——2000～2002年度全国城市社区卫生服务站财务收支状况分析

Analysis of the Income and Expenses in the Community Health Service Stations of Different Regions in China from 2000 to 2002

目的了解全国城市社区卫生服务站2000—2002年的收支情况。方法对61个市区所属的2000年及以前建立的224个社区卫生服务站的收支情况进行问卷调查。结果在224家社区卫生服务站中，赢利的站所占比例最高，约50％，而且有上升的趋势；其次为亏损的站，约40％，其所占比例有所下降；收支持平的站所占比例最小，约4％，而且有下降的趋势。社区卫生服务站的总收入收益率〉0，基本是赢利的。结论全国城市社区卫生服务站的财务状况达到收支平衡，但仍需加强自身的效益以及政府政策的进一步扶持。

Objective To find out the condition of income and expenses in the community health service stations from 2000 to 2002. Methods A questionnaire survey covered 224 community health service stations established in 2000 or before in 61 cities was carried out to investigate the income and expense. Results Among these stations, the stations with profit occupied the highest ratio, about 50% , and with a trend of rising; the stations, which were of deficit, made the next, about 40%, and with a trend of declining; the stations, which could make both ends meet, made the lowest, about 4%, and with a trend of declining too. As a whole, the earning ratio of income for all these stations was more than zero, they could basically make profit. Conclnsion The community heahh service stations must further make their own benefit greatly, and rely on the policy support from the government.
