P53蛋白在宫颈脱落细胞中的异常表达

Abnormal Expression of P53 Protein in HumanDrop Cervical Cells

利用免疫组织化学方法，对６４例，年龄在２２～７６岁之间患者的宫颈脱落细胞中Ｐ５３的表达进行检测，结果发现：Ｉ级细胞２８例，Ⅱ细胞３３例中Ｐ５３表达均为阴性，Ⅱ～Ⅲ级细胞３例中２例Ｐ５３表达阳性（６６．６％）；Ｐ５３表达阳性与宫颈病变患者年龄无关。结果提示：利用免疫组织化学方法，检测宫颈脱落细胞中Ｐ５３表达，对宫颈癌的早期诊断有一定的意义。

The expression of P53 Protein in 64 cases of human drop cervical cells was detected by immunohistochemical methods and the patients'age was 22-76 years. The resultsshowed that the expression of P53 was all negative in 28 cases of grade I cells and 33 cases ofgrade Ⅱ cells,but positive in 2 of 3 cases(66. 6%) grade Ⅱ -Ⅲ cellsand irrelative to patients'age. These results suggested that it would have a significance to detect the expresson of P53 in human drop cervical cells by immunohistochemicalmethods for early diagnosis of cervical carcinoma.
