农业大省农业经济波动与国民经济波动关系的研究——以湖南为例

Study on the Relationship between Two Fluctuations Varying in Agricultural Economy and National Economy in Great Agricultural Provinces: Taking Hunan as the Example

根据经济波动有关理论,通过对湖南农业经济波动与国民经济波动的实证分析,发现农业大省农业经济波动的特征与国民经济波动的特征具有显著的相似性;进一步分析显示,农业大省农业经济增长与国民经济增长间的同步相关系数很高;农业经济波动引致或助推国民经济波动规律成为农业大省的重要特性。因此,农业大省应当实施由农业大省转变为经济强省的积极战略。

Through positive analysis on Hunan＇s agricultural and national economic fluctuations, we discover that striking similarities occur when comparing the two different features reflected in the fluctuations based on the related theories and method on economic fluctuation. And also, we find the related coefficient of growth between the two kinds of economy stands quite high according to further analysis. As a result, it forms a law that agricultural economic fluctuations would lead to or promote the corresponding fluctuations in national economy, which becomes an important feature of great agricultural provinces.Therefore, great agricultural provinces should carry on some active strategies in order to change the status of great agricultural provinces to strong economic ones.
