影响西部农村劳动力转移因素的实证分析

本文在时间序列数据严重不足的情况下,运用西部省(市、自治区)2004年截面数据,对2003年西部农村劳动力的转移比重与城乡二元经济结构、农村经济结构、人力资本状况等影响因素的相关性进行了实证分析,并就户籍制度、农用土地制度等深层影响因素作了简要说明。

This paper observes the relationship between labor transfer and dual economic structure, labor capital and other factors by utilizing cross sectional data in the western region in 2004. This paper also conducts analyses on the ＂Hukou＂ and regulation on use of rural lands.
