45例急性冠状动脉综合征患者血液中基质金属蛋白酶含量变化

摘要 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)与冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性的相关性。方法急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者在入院即刻、入院一周、出院时,测定血浆MMP浓度,并与对照组比较分析。结果ACS组血清MMP浓度明显高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义。结论MMP与冠状动脉斑块不稳定性呈密切相关,可望作为冠状动脉斑块不稳定性的参考指标。 Objective To investigate the correlation between MMP and coronary athercsclerotic plaque stability. Methods Patients with acute coronary syndrome, hospitalization at once, hospitalization a week discharge, the plasma levels of MMP assay were analaysed, Results The plasma level of MMP was much higher in vulnerable plaque group than in stableplaque group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion MMP may he involved in the pathogenesis of ACS and related to the unstability of plaques.
