摘要
代谢综合征(MS)目前被认为是心血管疾病的重要危险因素群,并巳经成为国内外研究的热点。其相关基因的研究也取得了很大进展。本文综述了这些方面的一些结果,并讨论了这些基因与MS表达的病理生理机制的联系。
Metabolic syndrome （MS） has become major important group of risk factors in cardiovascular diseases, and has changed into a hot spot of incestigation. The research about its genes also makes rapid progress. This review is summarized of advance in genes of MS, and their implications with MS for the expression in the aspects of physiology and pathology.
