摘要
本文分析解读了心理压力对口译解码过程的影响并指出了导致心理压力的原因及因素。口译要求译者具备出色的语言能力、良好的应变能力和心理抗压能力。在时间限制下，口译错误和心理压力互为诱因，造成恶性循环，最终迫使整个口译过程停滞。这种多米诺骨牌效应会极大影响译员的工作表现。文章针对这一现象提出了一些相关的措施和建议，帮助译者提高工作效率。
The present paper analyzes the influence of psychological stress on the decoding process of interpretation and points out the factors and stressors which have brought about the stress. Interpretation demands excellent language ability, quick response and good stress tolerance. Under time pressure, errors and stress can exacerbate in vicious circles and bring a standstill to the whole interpretation process. This domino effect will greatly hinder the performance of the interpreters. The paper has put forward some relevant measures and suggestions to improve the interpreters＇ working performance.
