摘要
在分析了只针对单个时间断面研究配电网络重构算法的不足的基础上,提出了基于时间分段的配电网络重构方法。利用负荷变化幅度对重构时间进行初步分段,并考虑重构中开关动作对配电网络造成的不利影响对其进行修正。同时,在比较目前研究的各种主流重构算法的基础上,根据配电网的运行特征对网络重构的遗传算法进行了改进。仿真算例表明,提出的这种基于时间分段的配电网络重构方法可以明显地减少重构后的网损,又不致增加操作费用,适于工程实际应用。
The researches of distribution network reconfiguration algorithm which only aim at single-time-period may cause switches excessive readjustment. In order to solve problems above, this paper presents an operate measure using time subsection. Extent of loads-change is used to detach time-period. Moreover, disadvantages which brought by changes of switch state is also considered to modify the time-period. Then the paper compares some kinds of algorithm and makes use of operation characters of distribution network to improve the genetic algorithm. Simulation result shows that this method can reduce line losses and operation expenses to fit for project use.
