电网参数管理中的精确经纬度导入技术

首先简单阐述了基于地理信息系统(G IS)的电网参数管理一些基本情况。然后就输电线路的布画以及线路精确经纬度导入的实现技术作了具体的说明,重点介绍了技术的思想、原理、实现过程以及最终得到的结果和其中应该注意的问题。实践证明,通过本技术的运用极大方便了输电线路的管理。

In this paper, some basic background of power system visual management based on GIS is revealed. It also gives particular introduction on how to draw the transmission line and the import technique of exact coordinate, including the principle, the thought, the process, the result and some problems that should be paid attention to. Experiment proves that this technique is convenient for management of transmission line remarkably.
