摘要
介绍了石人沟铁矿磁选尾矿在粒度组成粗、输送泵站多和浆体浓度低的情况下,通过技术改造和方案的选择,并针对存在的工艺和技术问题采取有效措施,在不影响生产的情况下,实现了一段高浓度输送尾矿浆体,取得了降低能耗、增加经济效益的好效果。
In view of the coarse particle composition of the magnetic separation tailings in Shirengou iron Mine,many pump stations for tailings transportation and low pulp concentration,a technical transformation scheme was selected. Effective measures were taken to help carry out the transformation without effecting the normal production of the concentrator. As a result,high concentration transportation of the tailings pulp was achieved with good results of energy consumption reduction and economical effect improvement.
