跨国公司直接投资与中国的产业内贸易——有关中国产业内贸易的实证分析

Direct Investment of Multinational Enterprises and Intra-industry of China:Empirical Analysis about China's Intra-industry Trade

随着贸易规模的持续扩大,产业内贸易在中国对外贸易中的重要性正在不断提高,跨国公司的直接投资成为中国产业内贸易的重要推动因素,因而由不同类型的直接投资所产生的产业内贸易对中国外贸竞争力的提升作用须予以重视和区分。在此,提出要积极吸收跨国公司的水平直接投资,推动中国与发达国家的产业内贸易由垂直型向水平型发展,充分发挥跨国公司的技术外溢效应,从而带动国内相关产业的技术进步与产业升级,提升中国的外贸竞争力。

With the continuous enlargement of trade scale, the importance of intra- industry trade is becoming increasingly great. The direct investment of multinational enterprises has become the significant prompting factor of China＇s intra- industry trade, so more emphasis should be put on the lifting effect which the intra - industry trade generated by different types of multinational enterprises＇ direct investment has on China＇s foreign trade rivalrousness. We must draw on the multinational enterprises＇ horizontal investment actively and push the intra - industry trade to grow from vertical forms to horizontal ones between our country and developed countries,so that we can utilize the multinational enterprises＇ spill-out effect to facilitate relative industries＇ technical progress and industrial structure promotion, and finally lift the rivalrousness of China＇s foreign trade.
