摘要
作为一种有目的的、负外部性后果的合作行为,合谋广泛地存在于经济、社会生活的各个领域。按照集体目的的差异,合谋可以分为相容合谋与相斥合谋。两者在成员关系、合谋绩效和稳定性上存在着很大差异。
Collusion is an kind of cooperation behavior which hold the goal and the negative exterior consequence, it widely exist in the economical area. According to different target, we can divide collusion into consistent collusion and disaccord collusion. There are many differences in their member relation, performance and stability.
