自主创新生态链中学术期刊的功能定位

On Academic Journals' Functions in Self-innovation

当前学术期刊定位上存在一些误区:倾向于完全的市场化运作,过度关注经济指标;在为谁服务上摇摆不定,功能出现异化;使得自主创新生态链的交流平台不够顺畅。应该让学术期刊的功能得以回归,真正成为自主创新的载体、学术交流的平台;成为人才培养、人才评价的主要工具。学术期刊编辑应该承担起科技创新的历史责任。

Presently, there exist some misunelerstandings in aademic journals＇ localization; a tendency of marketing operation; too much attention to economic target; unsteadiness in the object of service; alienetion of the function. So it is not smooth in the exchange platform of self- innovation. We must make it sure that the academic journals act as the real supporters of self- innovation ,become the platform for academic exchange ,becomethemain tool of talents cnltivation and evaluation. The editors of academic journals must take the responsibility of innovation.
