本文在总结了近几年来农村信用社试点改革中产权组织模式与运行机制建设基本情况的基础上,分析归纳了现有农信社产权组织模式与运行机制中存在的问题与不足,并对其原因进行了探究,最后着重就构建农村信用社新型产权组织模式与运行机制提出了几点对策性建议。
