我国户籍制度改革发展现状及对策分析

In Front of the Urbanization: Analysis of the Reform of Current China Household Register System and Countermeasures

作为计划经济时代的户籍制度,曾对社会的发展发挥了积极的作用,然而在市场经济时代,现行的户籍制度逐渐成为经济、社会进一步发展的阻力,因此必须进行改革。分析了现行户籍制度存在的利与弊,提出了户籍制度改革应遵循的原则和具体的政策建议。

The article has introduced the history course of China Household Register System development. As the result of planned economy, the system gave some positive factors. But in a new market economic era, the system has to be reformed because of its resistance to the economic development. The author analyses the current restrained factors of economic development, at the same time gives the related principles of reform and police suggestions.
