摘要
在我国的干部培训中,若仅采取单一的讲授式的培训方法,是难以达到培训效果的。文章结合干部学习的特点,认为选择互动式教学方法,会更有效地提高干部培训的效能;文章还对互动式培训方法的基本形式和特点进行了扼要的论述与介绍;并分析了在教学实践中使用互动式教学方法应注意的问题。
In training cadres in China, it's very hard to get its achievement only by using one single teaching method. According to the characteristics of the study of cadres, a interactive teaching method is introduced in this paper, which will effectively improve the cadre's training. This paper also makes a brief explanation to the basic forms of interactive training method and its characteristics and analyzes the problems which should be paid attention to in using this method as well.
