自1970年至今,在英国政府的管理之下,体育休闲娱乐的发展很快,逐渐向社会各个阶层发展,同时政府的管理理念也在不断地转变:从经验主义到以福利为主,到第三条道路的影响。

Sports leisure and physical recreation has developed very quickly in the different classes of community by the administration of UK govemment since 1970,and at the same time, the ideas of policy have changed from empiricism to welfarism,then to the third way.
