Analyzing the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation between China and ASEAN: From the Point of View of WTO

本文从分析中国—东盟自由贸易区与WTO的法律关系以及《中国—东盟全面经济合作框架协议》与WTO协议的衔接等方面入手,围绕如何在严格遵守并有效利用WTO法律体系中有关区域经济一体化的法律规则的同时,充分实现中国—东盟自由贸易区的建成将给我国经济发展带来的促进作用进行探讨。

The start of establishment of China - Asean Free Trade Area has been the hallmark of the economic integration among the developing countries. This article concerns the status of the economic integration among the developing countries, the legal relationship between the China -Asean Free Trade Area （CAFTA） and WTO, and the chances and challenges of CAFTA in the future, and then analysis the effectiveness of utilizing the Free Trade Agreement to promote the development of social economy in China.
