摘要
选用大同烟煤低温干馏600℃半焦,在210℃到270℃,氢氧化钾和水溶液中用氧气氧化,考察了碱煤比、反应温度、氧初压、反应时间及水量对芳香羧酸产率的影响。实验结果表明,碱煤比和氧初压是影响芳香羧酸产率的主要因素。
The seam-coke from Datong bituminite degassed at 600 ℃ is oxidized by oxygen at 210 ~270 ℃ in caustic potash and water. Parameters that affect the throughput rate of aromat-iccarboxylic acid include ratio alklai/coal, the time and temperature of reaction, and the initial pressure of oxygen and water quantity. Results form tests claim that ratio alkali/coal and the initial pressure of oxygen are chief factors.
