摘要
采取具有托辊安装支撑角且构成内曲线抬高角、增大成槽角等措施,对线路进行合理设计,使普通胶带输送机作平面转弯运行。实际应用结果表明,普通胶带输送机作平面转弯运行是实现巷道水平弯曲段无转载连续运输的一种成功的运输方式。
Taking the measures of fixed idlers with supporting angle, forming the lifting angle of inner curve, increasing the angle of the two side idlers, and designing the turning line suitablely, make ordinary belt conveyor move with turns on a plane. Real application shows that ordinary belt conveyor moves with turns on a plane is a successful method which allows moving continuously without unloading on gate turning parts.
