Consumption: Theories,Explanations and Defence

工业加市场构成了消费社会的基础。在消费社会中,商人不是在消极地满足消费者的需求,而是在积极地创造消费和消费者。对消费社会有两大解释,一个认为是厂商造就了消费社会,另一个认为是消费者以物质证明自身的动机拉动了消费。事实上,这两种解释的综合才是对“消费社会”这一概念的最好解释。

The consumption society is based on industry not only try to meet the requirements of consumers, and market. In the consumption society merchants but also create both requirements and consumers. There are two theories explaining consumption society. One holds that merchants create consumption soci- ety, the other holds the people proving themselves by material make consumption society. The combiniation of the two theories is the best explanation of consumption society.
