Basis and Construction of the Sports Duty Division Between Governmental Departments and Social Organizations under Market Economy Conditions

随着我国从计划经济转变为市场经济过程中,我国的体育管理形式也有典型的政府型逐渐转为政府与社会共同负责的混合型,从内部、外部环境因素以及体育自身发展的要求入手,探析我国体育管理体制改革中政府体育部门和社会体育部门职责划分的依据,为我国体育深化改革提供理论依据。

As planned economy has transformed into market economy, sports management system in China has converted from the typical government - control into the joint responsibility of both the government and society,This paper mainly discusses, from inner and outer environmental factors and the self - development requirements of sports ,the basis of the sports duty division between governmental departments and social organizations, aiming to provide some theoretical reference for deepening sports reform in China.
