摘要
彩色多普勒超声是诊断前置胎盘的重要方法,各种检查途径的联合运用,尤其是阴道超声检查,有助于更准确地预测和诊断前置胎盘。彩色多普勒可以提高对其并发症如胎盘植入、出血、血管前置等的诊断率,有助于临床医师产前、产时的及时处理。
Color Doppler uhrasonography is an important and valid method to diagnose placenta previa. The combined use of various checkup ways, particularly transvaginal ultrasonography, contributed to predict placenta previa more accurately. Color Doppler ultrasonography could enhance the detective rate of these complications, such as placenta perereta, vasa previa, pregnant bleeding, which can help physicians manage these emergencies in prenatal, birth and postnatal period.
