毛细管区带电泳定量分析苯丙胺类毒品 被引量:2

摘要 本文采用区带毛细管电泳(CZE)模式,用单一的磷酸盐缓冲体系对4种苯丙胺类毒品进行了分离和定量参数的考查。使用100mM磷酸盐缓冲液,pH2·4,电迁移进样,苯丙胺、甲基苯丙胺(MAM)、3,4-(亚甲二氧基)苯丙胺(MDA)、3,4-(亚甲二氧基)甲基苯丙胺(MDMA)及其内标物苯乙胺实现了基线分离;用内标峰面积和峰高比进行定量考查,获得了良好的线性关系;定量的相对标准偏差一般在10%以内;最小检测限为0·1μg/ml。该方法可用于缴获毒品或中毒生物检材中苯丙胺类成分的定性定量测定。
