摘要
推导了摆动滚子从动件圆柱凸轮廓线、压力角及廓线曲率半径方程,讨论了该种凸轮机构在各种运转情况下与之相适用的方程。并将方程用于凸轮廓线的参数化设计,通过实例验证该方法在实际应用中具有一定的实用价值。
Mathematical formulas are derived comprehensively and systematically for the profile coordinate, pressure angle and radius of curvature of the cylindrical cam with an oscillating roller follower. The suitability of these formulas to various working conditions are also discussed. These formulas are applicable to computer aided programming in cylindrical cam design. Example shows this cam CAD design is a practical design method.
