摘要
提出了利用测量误差优化车轮轮廓测量仪的方法。基于该测量误差建立了优化数学模型,采用遗传算法进行优化计算,遗传算法保证了获得全局最优解。综合算例结果表明了该方法的有效性。
This paper introduced method of using the measuring errors to optimize the measuring instrument for wheel contour, base on which the optimal mathematic model is set up. It utilized the genetic algorithm to obtain the global optimal solution. The results of synthetic examples verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
