摘要
本文依据对飞剪机的剪切过程中机构位置角、水平速度、轨迹的要求,确定优化设计变量,建立目标函数和约束函数,完成了基于Powell内点惩罚函数法的剪切机构优化设计模型,通过该模型对实际偏心摆式飞剪机剪切机构进行优化设计,使飞剪机的机械参数满足了剪切过程要求,同时提高了飞剪机剪切性能和轧件的剪切质量。
The paper established the optimization objective according to the track, horizontal velocity and position angle of the cutting mechanism in cutting process, and determined the certain optimal variables, and then built the objective function and constraint functions. The paper presented the practicable optimal design model by using Powell method and inner point penalty function method. A practical design example has been optimized based on the model, the optimized mechanism parameters can satisfy the requirements of cutting process, and enhance both the performance of the flying shear and the quality of the sheared workpiece.
