摘要
目的分析腹部闭合性损伤经过手术治疗的临床疗效和价值。方法49例腹部闭合性损伤患者,经过术前检查、确诊,采用了手术治疗,术后观察患者的疗效和预后。结果49例均接受手术治疗,包括脾切除、肝脏切除、肝修补、小肠部分切除吻合术和破裂修补术、肠系膜修补止血术、肾切除、脾胰尾联合切除术等。手术治疗后观察发现,临床治愈44例,死亡5例,病死率为10.2%。结论腹部闭合性损伤是一种危重性疾病,应及时诊治,手术治疗有效。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of surgery treatment on patients with abdominal closed injury. Methods Forty - nine patients with abdominal closed injury in our hospital were recruited and received surgical operation. The prognosis and operative effects were analyzed in these patients. Results All 49 patients were treated surgically, including splenectomy, hepatectomy, liver repair, partial resection of small intestine, mesenteriorrhaphy, nephrectomy, combined splenectomy and pancrectomy, etc. The results demonstrated that 44 patients recovered after the operation and that only 5 patients died （ 10.2% ）. Conclusion Abdominal closed injury is a critical disease and needs timely diagnosis. Surgical treatment is effective.
