食管癌患者化疗前后血浆及尿液中TSP-1水平变化及意义

The levels of plasma and urine TSP-1 in patients with esophageal cancer and its significance

目的检测食管癌患者血浆及尿液中TSP-1水平在化疗前后的变化,探讨其临床意义。方法应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对20例食管癌患者化疗前后血浆及尿液中TSP-1水平进行连续测定,每例患者测定6次,并对其进行对照分析。结果食管癌患者化疗前血浆TSP-1水平为(90±10)ng/m l,化疗2个周期后为(196±56)ng/m l(P<0.01);其化疗前尿液中TSP-1水平为(60±19)ng/m l,化疗2个周期后为(122±10)ng/m l(P<0.01)。结论食管癌患者化疗前后血浆及尿液中TSP-1水平的变化与疗效密切相关,TSP-1可作为判断化疗疗效的指标。

Objective To measure the plasma and urine TSP- 1 （thrombospondin -1 ） level in patients with esophageal cancer and elucidate its clinical significance. Methods The plasma and urine TSP - 1 level were measured by sandwich ELISA in 20 patients with malignant lymphoma, every patient was measured 6 times. Results The plasma level in patients with esophageal cancer before chemotherapy was （90 ± 10） ng/ml, and it was （ 196 ± 56 ） ng/ml after chemotherapy （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The urine level in them was（60 ± 19）ng/ml,and the urine level in them after 2 cycles chemotherapy was（ 122 ± 10） ng/ml（ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The changes of plasma and urine TSP - 1 levels in patients with esophageal cancer before and after chemotherapy is closely associated with tumor＇s response.
