摘要
为解决圆形封闭管道内气固两相流相浓度实时截面测量问题,首次提出一种新型有源栅极式相浓度检测方法,它可以有效地减少两相流型变化或不同相分布对测量值的影响.研制了一种新型本质抗干扰开关电容网络变送器与栅极探头匹配,构成相浓度测量系统.模拟各种流型进行了动态试验,结果表明:该系统性能稳定,精度高,对各种流型变化不敏感。
To solve the real time concentration profile measurement (CPM) of gas/solid two phase flow in pipeline, a new source grid CPM testing method was provided. By using this method the influence of flow regime variations or phase distribution on the measurement result can be effectively reduced. The CPM system was formed by developing a new kind of intrinsically stray immune switched capacitance transducer to match with the grid sensor. Dynamic experiment of various flow regimes has been accomplished. It shows that the CPM system performs stability with high sensitivity and insensitive to variation of various flow regimes,and is a well done equipment for gas/solid two phase flow.
