摘要 介绍了一个由AB公司的Logix5000系列PLC、通信网络和工业计算机构成的集散型控制系统实现的烧结竖炉计算机监控系统。系统采用VBA语言编写了模糊控制和专家控制算法,实现了对烧结竖炉温度和废气量的智能控制。采用RSView32组态软件实现了数据库设计、逻辑与控制以及系统人机界面设计。该系统具有自动和手动两种运行方式,人机界面简洁友好实用,操作使用方便。 Computer supervision and control system for sintering vertical furnace is introduced, which is implemented by using a distributed control system (DCS) composed of Logix5000 series PLC, communication network and industrial control computer. Fuzzy control and expert control algorithm are programmed in VBA language, and then intelligent control of temperature and waste air volume in sintering vertical furnace are realized RSView32 and is adopted to the design of database, logic and control, and the design of humanmachine interface (HMI) in the system. The system could run in auto or manual operation model. And it could be convenient to operate because of the friendly and practical HMI.
