摘要
本文基于N-S方程和标准k-ε紊流模型,对LB50-160型离心泵设计流量下叶轮内流场三维紊流进行了数值计算,获得了叶轮内流场的速度、压力分布,捕捉到了一些重要的流动现象。并对数值计算结果进行了深入的分析研究,为叶轮的水力设计提供了有价值的信息。对叶轮结构进行了有限元分析,准确且直观的得到了叶轮在载荷作用下的应力和应变,为叶轮的强度计算提供了可靠依据。
In this thesis, on the basis of N-S equation and standard turbulent flow model. Numerical simulation is given to turbulent flow inside impeller of LB50-160 type centrifugal pump. The results of the speed of flow field and pressure distribution in the impeller are obtained. Some important flow phenomena are found. They offer valuable information for the waterpower design of impeller. The finite element analysis is made to the structure of the impeller. It provides a basis for strength calculation of impeller
