摘要
文章介绍一种灵活运用“3点决定一个圆”的基本原理,结合工件实际,设计了较为特殊的外圆定位夹具,使产生的磁力最小,手取工件的着力面积最大,使原来的手工定位和手工握持工件变为机械夹具保证,提高效率、安全性和操作的方便性,减轻劳动强度,并提高螺栓连接强度、为夹具灵活设计打开更多的思路。
As there exists relatively large magnetic attracting force between the shell of magnetic electricity generator and the allocation parts on the fixture,a generally designed jig and fixture, using the inner circular surface to allocate the outer circular surface of the shell of the generator, can not make sure operation convenience or efficiency, accurate alignment position and less labor. This paper introduces a new approach on the fixture to make the workpieee( shell )properly allocated, Which adopts three small cylindrical pillars instead of the original inner surface of fixture, allowing for less opposite area and smaller attracting force between the shell and the alloca- ting parts as well as more room for work part installation operation. The innovative special design ,taking the actual case into consideration,overcomes the above mentioned shortages of the old design and bring forth much advantages and provides with a different thinking way for similar designs.
