摘要
为了改善Ti-15Mo-3Nb合金的活性,使用碱处理方法.本实验采用KOH碱处理,以便在钛合金表面原位自生出钛酸钾层,并与钛合金基体形成牢固的化学键合.结果表明酸碱活化处理在Ti-15Mo-3Nb合金表面产生了钛酸钾层状结构.碱处理得到的多孔网状结构使试样的表面积增大,表面能比较高.网状结构和纳米级的孔结构增加与骨的结合强度.
In order to modify the activity of Ti-15Mo-3Nb alloy, we make alkali treatment onTi-15Mo-3Nb alloy. This experiment adopts KOH alkali treatment, so as to appear in situ potassium titanate layer on titanium alloy surface, and form firm chemical bond equal to with titanium alloy matrix. Result indicates that acid-alkali activate treatment produce potassium titanate layer in Ti- 15Mo-3Nb alloy surface.we can obtain porous netshaped conformation after alkali treatment, such conformation will make area of the sample surface increase, surface energy increase. Reticular conformation and nanometer hole structure increase the combination intensity with the bone.
