摘要
为了研究沥青胶浆在高温时的粘度特性,应用Brookfield旋转粘度计,采用不同的转速,研究了剪切速率、温度、粉胶比和填料种类对沥青胶浆粘度的影响.结果表明,胶浆粘度值与这些因素密切相关,温度低于110℃时,粘度值对剪切速率比较敏感,表现为非牛顿流体的特性;温度高于135℃时,其粘度受剪切速率影响变小,逐渐表现为牛顿流体的特性.同时,试验结果还表明,不同填料形成的胶浆粘度值相差很大,消石灰是一种能够明显提高粘度的掺加剂.
The influence of shear strata rate, temperature, the ratio of filler/asphalt, and filler type on asphalt mortars' viscosity is studied with different rotational speed of Brookfield viscometer in order to inquire asphalt mortars' properties at high temperature. The results show that the viscosity of asphalt mortars is closely connected with these factors. It is sensitive to shear strain rate at low of 110 ℃, and asphalt mortars exhibit non-Newtonian fluid behavior. But when the temperature is higher than 135 ℃, the influence of shear strain rate on viscosity is less, and asphalt mortars perform Newtonian fluid behavior. Meanwhile, the results also show that the difference in viscosity is striking among different kinds of asphalt mortars, hydrated lime is a good addition agent which can increase asphalt mortars' viscosity clearly.
