摘要 目的探讨细胞凋亡相关基因Caspase9在年龄相关性白内障晶状体上皮细胞中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法和末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶介导的缺口末端标记法(TUNEL),分别观察对照组和白内障组晶状体上皮细胞中Caspase9的表达水平及细胞凋亡的情况。结果对照组与白内障组相比较,晶状体上皮细胞中Caspase9的阳性表达率和细胞凋亡率,均有显著性差异。结论Caspase9在年龄相关性白内障的形成过程中起重要作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of Caspase-9 in human lens epithelial cells from cataract patientsagerelated cataract. Methods The human lens epithelial cells of control group and cataract group was detected by using terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) method and immunohistochemical method. Results The apoptosis and positive expressing rates in control group were apparently lower than those of the cataract group. Conclusion Caspase-9 may play an important role in the genesis of age-related cataract.
