摘要
分形编码去噪是一种新型的图像去噪方法,此方法通过估计噪声方差及其原始无噪声图像的分形编码参数进行图像去噪,去噪与压缩同时进行。利用分形解码图像分辨率独立的特点进一步对其存在的块效应进行了改进,实验结果表明,经过改进后的分形编码去噪方法在峰值信噪比、压缩比和视觉效果上都达到了令人满意的效果。
Fractal image denoising is a novel approach of image processing which can be applied for image denoising through estimating the noise variance and fractal encoding parameters of original image from the noise image. On the basis of this approach, the block effect brought by fractal encoding was weakened. Experimental results show that the resulting fractal code yields a significantly enhanced and restored representation of the original noisy image with an acceptable PSNR.
