摘要
采用完全随机化试验设计研究了不同淹水胁迫对中华蚊母生理生化特性的影响。结果显示:不同淹水胁迫对中华蚊母生理生化特性产生的影响趋势相同,均表现为叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性随时间延长先下降后上升,叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量、相对电导率和可溶性糖含量随淹水时间延长而上升,根系活力随淹水时间延长而下降;但不同淹水胁迫对中华蚊母生理生化特性产生的影响大小各异,植株全淹(Y3)除了对叶片可溶性糖含量产生的影响较小外,对其余各指标的影响增多为最大,植株半淹(Y2)对各指标的影响居中,植株根淹(Y1)除了对叶片可溶性糖含量产生的影响最大外,对其余各指标产生的影响均为最小。
Effects of different waterlogging stress on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of Distylium chinense were studied by using a random experimental design. The results showed that the changing trends of physiological and biochemical characteristics of Distylium chinense were consistent, but the degree of effect was dissimilar under the different waterlogging stress. With the extension of waterlogging time, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity decreased at first the increased subsequently, and the content of malonaldehyde (MDA), soluble sugar and relative electric conductivity increased, but the root vitality decreased. It had the heaviest effect on all indices but minor effect on soluble sugar content by Y3. The effects on all indices leaded by Y2 were in-between. Y1 had the minimum effect on all indices but the heaviest effect on soluble sugar content.
