摘要
为提高人工合成金刚石控制系统的抗干扰能力及工作的稳定性和可靠性,设计了以FX2N-48MRPLC为主机的控制系统,并在某厂应用获得成功。文中介绍了该控制系统的工作流程、硬件组成以及PLC控制程序的设计等内容。
In order to enhance the anti-jamming ability and the working stability and reliability of the manual synthesis diamond control system, control system which has main engine of FX2N-48MRPLC has been designed, and it has obtained success in some factories. This article introduces the working flow of this control system, hardware composition as well as PLC control procedure design.
