讨论了数据挖掘技术的方法以及电信客户关系管理系统的原理。电信运营商使用客户关系管理系统来降低运营成本,提供优质的客户服务。数据挖掘技术的应用可以帮助电信运营商发现客户消费行为、识别客户特征,辅助运营商进行有效的市场营销和客户服务。
The thesis discusses the methods of data mining and the principles of telecom customer relation management. Telecom Company uses customer relation management system to decrease the cost of operation and to provide excellent services. Data mining may help Telecom Company find customers' behaviors,recognize their characteristics, and handle effective marketing and customer services.
